Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 28-day return policy (14 days for sale items), which means you have 28 days (14 days for sale items) after receiving your item to request a return. Once you have notified us, you have 14 days to return your item to us for a refund.

Items must be in their unused condition with original packaging and tags where applicable.

For orders placed in November and December you have until the end of January to return items unused and in their original condition for a refund.

Please note that for hygeine reasons, we are unable to accept returns of face coverings, underwear, earrings or sets containing earrings unless faulty, and we can only accept swimwear returns if the hygeine strip is still in place. Your statutory rights are not affected.

For online orders a printed form is sent with your purchase. Please fill this in and send back the item in its original packaging with all labels and tags still attached. Once we receive the items we will process the refund onto the payment method the original purchase was made on.

You will need to cover the cost of the returns. We suggest you used a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost in the post.

Damages and issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different product or size, please specify this on the returns form. You will need, as above, to cover the cost of the return but we will post out the new item for no additional charge as soon as the returned item is received in it's original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
